Athy Triathlon Club and Waterways Ireland organised and ran the Barrow Aquathlon where juniors and adults competed together on the same team. Well done to all who competed.

Well done to the Athy Tri Club juniors who competed in the kidathlon in Dungarvan.

Congrats Niall Foley coming 1st in AG and 5th overall in Belfast Titanic triathlon at the weekend.

Great day at Port Beach with ATC members….tough conditions, wind, rain and sunshine and jellyfish were in action too! Great races from all with fantastic podium finishes for Michelle Brennan (1st overall female and 1st AG) Conor Tiernan (4th overall male and 2nd AG)

Well done Eamonn McEntee and Lara Dillon for competing in the Glin sprint tri in very tough weather conditions.  

Well done to all members who competed in the Dublin City Triathlon. Extra congratulations go to Darren Foley…1st Junior and 6th overall male in sprint….Conor Tiernan …2nd overall male in Olympic and Michelle Brennan….2nd in her age category. Great racing everyone!  

Athy Triathlon Club finished in 3rd place in our division at Ironman 70.3 Dublin and have been invited to race at the EMEA TriClub Championship in Calella, Barcelona next May 20th, 2018! Well done to all involved.  

ATC had 16 members competing in Ironman 70.3 in Dublin. Well done to all!!!

Well done to the members who completed the Hardman long distance triathlon in Killarney. Mark Doyle came 3rd overall in a time of 10:34:36. Robert O’Brien finshed with a time of 13:06:36, Paul McDonald finsihed with a time of 13:10:23 and Eamonn McEntee finished in 13:34:14.

Well done to all the ATC junior members who have trained and raced hard all year. Enjoy the off season!
